Returns & Partial Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If a product arrives in poor condition, a partial refund may be issued after evaluation.
Compensation may be provided as:
- Partial refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Discount coupon
- Gift card
The type of compensation is determined by MAGGIE Handmade.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started.
